Purchased a car for my son, the finance guy try to Charge warranty after I told him no and my husband him no. Thank God my husband pays attention to detail the finance guy messed up on paperwork was asked to fixed He stated it was fixed sent to my husband and was not fixed. He total sucks as a finance person

We went over several times to this dealership to look at vehicles, that we had seen on their websites. After many looks, test drives and finagicaling with finance on what we would receive for our vehicle and then what we were going to be paying for the vehicle less all the glitz and glam added to the sticker price. We finally drove with one of the best decisions, we have made with buying a vehicle. The team, Jaelin, Ivan, Marcus really went to bat for us and it is truly appreciated!

Steve Williams did an excellent job for me on my repair service. He fixed my steering wheel by making sure my warranty still covered it. He also made sure my tires were aired up to the correct pressure and check that everything was done correctly. I highly commend him as a service manager.

Please tell your salespeople to refrain from saying things like "How can I earn your business?". This comes across as Corny, Cheesey, Over-The-Top, but especially- Shallow, Fake, Artificial and Totally Scripted!!!!!!!!! We, the customer see thru that. I bought a 2019 Mazda CX9With my trade-in of a 2020 Nissan frontier truck. They would not honor or fix the needed repairs of the Mazda. I have no proof that I signed anything stated as is. I went in for an oil change and 20,000 mile inspection. They are always so courteous and prompt. I walked around and chatted with several employees and the atmosphere was upbeat and fun.
BEWARE!!!’ Don’t waste your time doing business with these guys. Im 65 years old and both my wife and I drove from Houston a little more than 3 hours away, just to get misled and lied to. I called and spoke to both salesman and manager prior and they both insured they would honor the price on the Autotrader and no games would be played.
